Ordering
Why should I create an account?
Creating an account speeds up the process of ordering from us in the future. You will not have to fill out the contact or billing information again. No credit card information is stored during this process.

Is my account and credit card information safe?
Yes! Our store's registration, checkout and payment pages are secured by QuickSSL are utilizing 128-bit SSL certificates thereby offering the highest level of encryption or security possible. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and our site's web servers are private and secure.

What type of payments do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal.


Shipping
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. All AnoOne packages are shipped with tracking numbers. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the package is shipped. You can track your packge by doing a Google Search for your tracking number.

I made a mistake in my order! How can I fix it?
Orders are shipped very quickly after being placed, so make sure to contact Customer Service via email or telephone right away. Shipped order can not be changed!

I haven't received my order yet!
We apologize for the delay! If it's been more than 2 weeks since you placed your domestic order, or 3 weeks since you placed your International order, contact customer service. Please consult your tracking data before contacting us.

Why was my order charged a customs fee when it was delivered?
International orders may be subject to customs duties/fees. Unfortunately this is a necessary evil of ordering from overseas. Please do not ask us to ship your package as a gift. We can't do that!

If I choose Next Day or 2 Day Shipping, when will I get my order?
Orders take 1 business day to process before shipping. Therefore, if you opt for Next Day or 2nd Day shipping, it will take 1 day longer than the shipping method: 2 Days total for Next Day Air and 3 Days total for 2nd Day Air.

Why did I get charged tax?

We charge sales tax in California. No sales tax will be applied to orders from other states. A flat 8.25% sales tax will be applied to all California-based orders.



Returns
What is your return policy?
AnoOne offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all products. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us to fill out a request form, and we will send you an RMA and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Shipping charges are not refundable.  Contact our customer service for an RMA request.

Suspicious Orders
To minimize the incidence of fraud we reserve the right to refuse to process any orders that have suspicious or inconsistent information contained in them. In particular, orders shipped to foreign countries or orders with unusual addresses will be closely scrutinized. If we choose not to process your order you will receive an email notifying you of such and any credit card charges incurred will be promptly refunded (or voided depending on the circumstances).

If you still wish to place an order after we have cancelled it you will need to send a money order for the full amount (no checks permitted) to our business address. See the Can I Order by Mail or Phone? section above for details.
